So we wanted pizza tonight so we went to Heinin's hoping to get a Whole Wheat pizza dough. No luck they didn't have any, Morgan suggested us making one from scratch. I though I have no idea how to do this but we picked up yeast and whole wheat flour.  I looked in the new "My Beef with Meat" book for a recipe for the pizza  dough we used  J.R. Rudberg's flat-bread and  pizza dough. So we made 4 flat-bread style pizza's. Morgan had just pizza sauce and spinach. I also added bell peppers and mushrooms to mine. Again did not miss the cheese and oils normally added.
