Last night we had Mac and Cheese. It was really good except that it had too much "Cheese". We almost doubled the amount of pasta and there still was a lot of sauce left in the pot. Now don't get me wrong this does not taste like real cheese but I would make this again. The recipe was over at Happy Herbivore . If you look for Miso paste it is in the refrigerated section.
Edit: the next day we added broccoli and it was much better.
