On April 20, 2013, we went to be in a diet study. We had the chance of being on the American Heart Association diet or a Vegan diet. I thought I can do vegan.. No big deal. Then on the 20th we were chosen to go Vegan.. Well, not actually Vegan it is Whole Foods, Plant Based (WFPB). We learned that it was like a vegan diet except we could not have any oils at all, no vegetable oil, no olive oil, no oil at all. I thought no way.. This is going to be really hard. I only have to do this for 30 days, I can do anything for 30 days.
