Back to the grind..

Back to work and still eating WFBP. It is not as hard as it was the first could times of shopping. We now know what we can buy at each store. It still is a bit of a pain having to drive to multiple stores to get the food. I bought the kindle version of Rips book Engine 2 diet. So since the start of the WFPB lifestyle we have tried Kale, Quinoa, Tofu, Chia seeds and PB2 a dried peanut butter that you have to mix with water. I am really seeing a difference in how I feel and I am eating more now then I have in the past but the weight is coming off.
