I am dusting off my site and I am going to be adding to it again. So lets start out with getting fit. Seems familiar, doesn’t it.
I consider any planned exercise, a workout, so Walking ( at least 30 minutes), Cardio, Weights, P90X, Power 90 and etc. So my goal for 2013 is 250. I can get multiple in a day if they are at separate times. To help me keep count I will number them as such 2013-01-01 which would be Year-Month-Workout#
