Workout #100-08 Day 145

Yea.. 100.. Did you hear that 100.. Yea.. Ok.. I still have a long way to go and you see I missed 45 days.. Not really that great.. I rode my mountain bike. I dod 25 miles. It took me 2 hours but that includes ALL of the stop lights.. There are a lot.. It was really windy again. I burned 1534 calories and my average heart rate was 137 bpm.. I saw 3 deer and was almost ran over by a car. They ran a stop sign, glad I am a cautious rider and have great brakes..
