2009 Goals..

1. Give up Pop (Diet Coke, Pepsi One and etc..) EXCEPT if I am at a bar.. Since I don't drink Alcohol I am not going to ask just for a water (maybe a restaurant also)..
2. Complete the P90X 90 Day challenge..
3. Workout 300 times..
4. Get back under 200 pounds
5. Complete a Century bicycle ride.
6. Keep in better touch with friends.
7. Ride 1000 miles between my bicycles
