Workout #230-06

I dragged my butt to the gym this morning.. I soooo didn't want to go to the gym today.. I did my 10 minute warm up on the Arc trainer. I did the gravitron today. The Gravitron allows you to use a percentage of your body weight when doing dips and pull-ups, instead of having to struggle through using your entire body weight. I went down to the Nautilus room and kicked some butt. I was doing 260 lbs on my Squats. Leg lift was 200 lbs (both legs). Incline Bench 180 lbs. Curls 120 lbs (using both arms). My Arms and legs hurt after working out today.. But I want to lift more weight.
