I am on track now.. Making it to the gym everyday.. I did 60 minutes on the Arc trainer. I was soaked when I was done.. 970 calories burned. Not bad before work.. I am trying to put a cd together for the ghost march on Friday. It actually needs to be 3 parts. One for the Pre March. While we are setting up and the girls are waiting out side. Scary music for when the skit is happening and Loud scary music for when we go to scare them..
