I made the mistake that you should not do when it comes to exercise. Schedule time for exercise and stick with it. I was supposed to go in the morning but I was sore so I did not go to the gym. I figured I would go right after work.. I decided with the meeting that I have for the Adventure Princess program 8:00 that I really needed to go home and get some more things done for work. So I skipped my workout.. I will go after work tomorrow for Nautilus and a spin class. The spin class starts at 6:00 and I will get there at 5:00. Plenty of time for a weight workout..
