Workout #221-06

Five.. Five.. Count them Five.. Yes, I have made it five days in a row for working out. I know that does not seem like a lot but the last time I have done that was back in the beginning of September. I was almost late to spin class this morning. I woke up at 4:30 and spin starts at 5:00.. It is a ten minute drive. That didn't leave me a lot of time.. I feel really good today that I am back on track with working out. Tomorrow I am doing stairs in the morning and maybe more cardio in the afternoon.. Sunday I have to get my butt to the gym to do nautilus.. Tuesday morning I am going to start doing Abs again.. I found out that the Terminal Tower run will not be held this February. It is under going renovations. So they will probably do the "BP" building or whatever it is called now. It is taller then the Terminal Tower.
