July 9th Workout

At the hotel they have a couple of universal weight machines. I was able to use them to get in my weight lifting workout after I did 20 minutes on the tread mill. I miss the arc trainer at Omni..  I also started to do situps again.. I am really enjoying the 2780B Maintaining a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Database class I am taking. I am learning quite a bit so far..

April 26th Work out #094-07 116th Day of the year

No I didn't make a mistake on the date it is my second workout for the day.. I did the P90X Plyometrics Workout.  This is the description on their website of the workout "Get ready to go airborne. With over 30 explosive jumping moves, you won't be spending much time on the ground during this highly intense cardio routine. Plyometrics, also known as jump training, has been proven to dramatically improve athletic performance. If your sport involves a ring, rink, field, court, or track, then this training will give you the edge. Just be prepared to "Bring It" for a full hour when you leap into this workout, because there is no letting up" I had about 10 minutes left and I said it was time to go to bed.. I have a spin class in the morning. I had 13, 449 steps for the day.

April 25th Work out #092-07 ??th Day of the year

I was waiting till I had time to catch up to today's date but I decided I
will just go back and do the previous ones when I have time..

Well it finally came our P90X DVD's and the resistance bands. So I am going
to do the classic workout while Kim and Morgan will be doing the lean.. So
They did #08 Core Synergistics and I did #01 Chest & Back. I have never did
and attempted so many push ups in my life. I also did part of 12 Ab Ripper
X. I had 9,387 steps for the day.

March 25th. Work out #067-07 85th Day of the year

Went cycling today. I did 15 miles on my mountain bike. I did part of the canal tow path. I had a great time. I went over both of the new bridges. I started at the canal visitor center and turned back around at Harvard Avenue. I need to take my camera or upgrade my phone. I wanted to take pictures of all the turtles that were sunning themselves. I ended up with 8,630 steps.

March 12th. Workout #059-07

It was a great day at work. It was really cool software. It is a maintenance program that is being implemented throught the corporation.. At the hotel they had a fitness room. I thought there was going to be weights but they just had cardio.. That is better then nothing. I did 50 minutes on the eliptical trainer. I ended up with 8,753 steps for the day.

March 5th. Workout #053-07

I weighed my self this morning and I am pretty happy with the weight loss so far. The biggest changes that I have done is to stay away from Diet Pop (No caffeine now) and Peanut butter.. I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!!! I was already eating healthy. The last time I went shopping I bought the small jar of peanut butter. This keeps me out of it to make sure that Morgan will have some for her lunches.  Made it to the gym this evening to do my nautilus workout. I did 10 minutes on the Arc Trainer, Gravitron pull up machine, nautilus machines and the versa climber. I did 1,330 feet in 10 minutes. I need to get so I can do 10 minutes at my top speed. This will help me doing my stair climb at the end of the month. Steps for the day 9,307

February 25th Workout #047-07

We went to the gym to day.. Kim, Morgan and myself. Morgan did jump roping, playing with the sit up balls and other things with Kim while I worked out. Then Morgan and I did sit-ups and other abdominal items. I showed her the versa climber, she was a little to short to reach the handles. We then went up to the track. We would walk one then run one.. She is doing a lot better then last year. I hope she continues to want to go to the gym to exercise.  I had 7,397 steps for the day. I wanted to go for a walk this evening but didn't get a chance to do that. Today was the 56th day of the year that means I have only missed the 9 workouts..(kind of).. I do get the opportunity to make then up by doing more then one in a day..
