I got up this morning wanting to go to the gym. I have not been to the gym before work in about five months. So it was four am and I sent out a couple emails, surfed a little. Then it was almost five and I was making every excuse not to go... Let's see not enough time, don't feel like it and etc.. So I got up and went, I worked out on the arc trainer then the nautilus machines. I was way early I will get to work about an hour early..

March 11th. Workout #058-07

Went to the gym this afternoon. I did 15 minutes on the Arc trainer and then my nautilus machines. I then had to drive to Auburn Hills Michigan for work. I will be there all week. I am really excited to be learning the software but I really didn't want to go for the week.. But you have to do what you have too..  6,312 steps

March 5th. Workout #053-07

I weighed my self this morning and I am pretty happy with the weight loss so far. The biggest changes that I have done is to stay away from Diet Pop (No caffeine now) and Peanut butter.. I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!!! I was already eating healthy. The last time I went shopping I bought the small jar of peanut butter. This keeps me out of it to make sure that Morgan will have some for her lunches.  Made it to the gym this evening to do my nautilus workout. I did 10 minutes on the Arc Trainer, Gravitron pull up machine, nautilus machines and the versa climber. I did 1,330 feet in 10 minutes. I need to get so I can do 10 minutes at my top speed. This will help me doing my stair climb at the end of the month. Steps for the day 9,307

February 21th Workout #043-07

I went to the gym this morning.. Kind of.. I drove to the gym. Got out of my car went to the back to grab my bag.. I really didn't feel like going in so I then got back in my car and drove to work.. I did make it this evening and did the Arc Trainer and the Nautilus machines. I have lost 10 pounds.. 13,321 steps for the day

February 18th Workout #039-07 & #040-07

I made it to the gym 2 times today. Once in the afternoon and the other
in the evening with Kim.. Guess what. It snowed again today.. We got
about 5 inches from yesterday when I did the driveway till this
afternoon.. When we got back from the gym I had to do it again to get
another inch of snow off of the driveway.. This is wild how much snow
there is. 15, 103 steps for the day..

February 16th Workout #038-07

The blazer is still in the shop. They said I wont get it back to
hopefully Monday.. It is very stressful having only one car.. Walking
Morgan home from school today was rough because so many people do not
shovel their sidewalks. People use the excuse that they don't want to be
sued if someone slips on their sidewalk. Tell that to me as my daughter
and I have to walk in the street as cars drive recklessly on the snow
covered road.I made it to the gym tonight. I just did cardio. I ended up
with 12,357 steps.

February 6th Workout # 031-07

I made it to the gym this evening.. I did an hour of cardio between the Eliptical Trainer, ARC Trainer and 10 minutes on the track.. I found out that MB (teaches the spin class on Friday mornings)  was 88th over all on running the stairs at the Empire State Building and 15th for Women. She is 56 years old her bib number was 109.. I had 8,132 steps for the day

January 17th. Workout #014-07

I went to the gym today.. I did cardio even though I should have been doing
nautilus. I did the Versa Climber, Elliptical and the Arc trainer.. Then the
steam room for a few. I figured Kim was going to go to the gym tonight so it
was not in my mind that I could have went to the gym tonight. I guess I will
do them tomorrow.. I had 9, 460 steps for the day.
