Well, not bad I have worked out 10 times so far this year. I forgot about the Math Fair last night and was unable to go to the gym. I am hoping to double up on a work out this weekend. Since the day after Christmas I have lost 8 pounds. The spin class that I took today was very rough. We had 6 full turns on the resistance knob this morning. If you have ever taken a spin class you know how tough it is to "spin" with that much resistance. My legs are very sore. On the right side of my back some of the muscles are twitching. I will be going to do stairs in the morning and doing nautilus after wards.. Stupid Stupid me.. Our goal for tomorrow is 6 - 8 times fast.. That would be between 4000 - 6000 steps.
