I left the gym at 7:20 last night and I was back at 4:50 this morning.. I talked to MB and she said that she would not be instruction the spin class on Friday.. So I will be doing some other cardio that morning. MB asked if I was sore from Saturday.. I said yes both my quads and calves... I did 50 minutes on the Arc trainer then figured I would walk/run the track.. I walked around it 2 times and my legs were cramping so I said that was enough and called it a work out..
