Workout #217-06

I made it to the gym this morning. I was able to get in 45 minutes on an eliptical trainer. My legs feel pretty good since the stair climbing on saturday.My legs were a lot worse a couple of weeks ago.. I talked to MB this morning, she said that I should not do more the 13 flights more then 12 times in a day.. She said that you just try going faster and faster. What did she think I was doing on Saturday, going for a leisurely walk??
