Month in Review November 2017

I didn’t realize how much I had fallen off the wagon. There is a big difference between the beginning of the year and the previous few months. Last month I had less than 5 hours of workouts. This month I have a closed all my Apple Watch rings everyday.  Now on for December.

Out On Two Wheels

I know you think that I was out on my motorcycle, it was actually my bicycle.   I only was out for less than 15 minutes but it is a start.  My Apple Watch didn't count any steps but I did get credit for exercise. Here is to many miles in 2017 on my bicycle. No I am not selling my motorcycle.

February 2017 Completed

This month was a tough month.  Only made it to the gym about ten times. January I made it almost every day but,  between being sick and my calf muscle hurting this was not a good month. I was still able to get my rings this month thanks to our treadmill.

January 2017 completed

This is the first full month of having my Apple Watch.  Since December I have been trying to be more active. Through the Activity app I have received a badge for having complete my move goal each day. I also completed each ring for standing hours, exercising minutes for each day.   I had over 290,000 steps and 245 flights of stairs.

Enough is enough

I have be holding at my current weight for a year. So I have stopped the trend of the previous two years of gaining weight.  So last night I went and joined a fitness center. It is the same place that I used to belong but under new ownership and new name. The Cleveland Fitness Club is open 365 days a year and opens at 3:00 am.  I went again today and it has nothing to do with leaving my credit card there. I am just doing cardio until Tuesday for time with the trainer to learn all the new equipment.  I know I have lost weight with Beachbody but I don't have the motivation right now for that.

Run 20160611

I got up early to get my run in.  I noticed that my Fitbit needed to be charged so the run would have to wait.  I went to the canal tow path.  After the run and the walk back I had 8,100 steps.  So today's run was walk 2 minutes and run 3.
