Workout #015-10, #016-10

walked at lunch yeaterday I ended up with over 14,000 steps. I made it to the gym this morning. I did the arc trainer, nautilus machines and walked the track. 7200 steps so far.

well I worked out this morning. I was able to find the gym. I did 25 minutes on the arc trainer, then nautilus and finally walking the track

I was at the gym very early this morning so I can get to work early. I did cardio on the arc trainer and then my nautilus machines

Back at Omni

It is three in a row. I started back at Omni on Saturday. I did an hour of cardio. On Sunday I did cardio and nautilus. Today I did an hour of cardio.

Made it to Omni this morning. I did thirty minutes on a spin bike and my nautilus routine.

Made it to Omni. Had to explain to all the regulate why I have not been there. My excuse. None. Even with my ankle messed up I could have done nautilus everyday.

I made it to Omni today, the first time in months. I warmed up, did some nautilus machines and thevswam for a few minutes. I am pretty sore right now.

Morgan’s soccer team won again today. That is three in a row.

Workout updates.

Within the last week I have worked out 5 times. I went riding with Morgan last Sunday and we did 13 miles. I did 15
Miles by my self 2 times. We worked out at the “Y”. Morgan and I took the tandem out this morning. We rode about 16 miles.

Worked out several times recently. I have not been walking at lunch because of my ankle. We have been working out at the Y-Express with Morgan.

I made it to Omni. I did 60 minutes on the arc trainer, 10 minutes on Jacobs ladder, nautilus and walked the track.

Workout#031-09

What a workout!!! I did 60 minutes on the Arc Trainer for 1024 calories and 8500 steps. I did 10 minutes on the versa climber. The I did my nautilus routine. I am up to 280 on the squat. I did 200 on the leg extension. I am over 10,000 steps.
